Party Tailors opened its door on October 1, 2004 in Port Moody, BC Canada, serving the entire TriCity area. It is a family run business owned by two cousins…Silvia Di Meglio and Irene Federici. Combined they have over 25 years of extensive sales training in the retail industry along with management experience in the financial services industry. For the past 10 years they have been creating, planning and decorating many small and large events throughout the Lower Mainland.
This business really started when Silvia was asked by a family member to put together a child’s birthday party. Through many frustrated days spent driving around the lower mainland in search of the appropriate items to put this party together, she thought... "is this what everyone goes through to host a party?" From this experience they realized opening Party Tailors was more than just a new business venture... it was a necessity!
